Handstand Program: Beginners and Advanced Levels
Beginners: Build a solid foundation by mastering essential fundamentals. This includes proper alignment and body positioning, safe falling techniques, and wall-assisted drills designed to boost confidence and strength.
Advanced: Take your skills to the next level with advanced techniques, such as strength-saving strategies for prolonged holds, wall and box drills to improve control and endurance, one-arm handstand progressions and programming, press-to-handstand techniques, handstand push-up development, and creative drills to enhance your practice.
This program caters to all skill levels, with beginner and advanced courses running side by side to ensure a challenging and rewarding journey into the art of handstands!
