Welcome to Nepal: Here, snow-capped mountains set the stage for an unforgettable journey; this escape is the perfect blend of mindfulness, yoga, and adventure. Inviting you to explore the majestic mountains on foot and enhance your connection with self and nature, we've crafted this trip to bring together the active, creative and adventurous community. 


Our cool, young, and fun team of local mountaineering experts and experienced yoga teachers guide the five-day trek. Covering roughly 38km and involving some stairs and slopes, this trip promises comfort and safety that is ideal for trekking newcomers and seasoned trekkers alike. 

Filled with ample rest, you'll witness plenty of breathtaking sunrises over the Annapurna range, & rejuvenate muscles in natural hot springs while immersing yourself in the raw beauty of the local essence of life here in Nepal. 


After the trek, we'll finish in the lush jungles of Chitwan National Park for an exotic wildlife safari like no other. 


Infused with tools for greater mindfulness, peace, and self-clarity, we'll combine trekking, adventure, safari, yoga, breathwork, and meditation. So let us take care of the details and connect you with new friends who will become family, magic moments & an experience that will last a lifetime.

  • You crave an immersive experience in nature, combining trekking, yoga, and breathwork.

  • Yoga enthusiasts looking to deepen their practice against the majestic natural backdrop of Nepal. We encourage yoga as a lifestyle choice and an opportunity to build a daily habit. However, yoga and breathwork classes are optional.

  • You are unfit and can not walk inclined long distances. 

  • You do not consider yourself adventurous; you don't like altitude restrictions or being physically challenged. 

  • You are after a trip solely focused on luxury and comfort, designed for those seeking a relaxing and easy-going experience.

  • You are not open to challenging activities and prefer to avoid being around the mountains or sharing space with others.

  • Unwilling to hike high - Trekking is the main activity of this retreat, and it requires a good level of fitness and stamina. This retreat is for individuals ready to hike high into learning, self-discovery, and personal growth.


Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1400m)

Day 2: Kathmandu to Pokhara (822m)

Day 3: (Trek begins) Nayapul (1070m) - Tikhedhunga (1480m)

Day 4: Tikhedhunga (1480m) - Ghorepani (2100m)

Day 5: Ghorepani - Tadapani (3210m): 6 – 7 hours

Day 6: Tadapani - Ghandruk (1940m)

Day 7: Ghandruk - Jhinu Danda (Hot springs bath) (1400m)

Day 8: Jhinu Danda - Pokhara

Day 9: Pokhara (Rest Day)

Day 10: Pokhara – Chitwan (Bird watching)

Day 11: Chitwan (Jeep jungle safari and canoe river safari)

Day 12: Chitwan - Kathmandu

Day 13: Kathmandu (Farewell and departure)

 6 nights in modest, cute and comfortable, twin share rooms in a Nepalese-style guesthouse then 7 nights twin share comfortable hotel. 

Rooms are all twin share and may differ slightly in size and amenities but are priced equally. Let us know your room preferences, and we'll try to meet them; early sign-ups have a better chance. Private room available at an extra cost.

Hiking: Hiking on this trip is considered low to medium impact. We average around 10-15 kilometres daily. By day 3, your body will adjust to the longer walks. You don't need to be an experienced hiker; just bring comfortable hiking boots and your love for nature. The scenery along the way is undeniably beautiful.
