Private rooms for a single traveller are available at an extra expense.

AUD price is based in twin-share accommodation, with all meals, all activities and workshops in yoga, movement, bodywork, tea ceremony, breathwork and meditation included. Resorts & Hotels will provide 5-star quality meals for this tour. We recommend you eat a vegetarian diet in the spirit of yogic tradition, however all diets will be accommodated for.

Getting There: Fly in and out of Kathmandu International Airport, where we provide airport pick-up and drop-off services.

Hiking: Hiking on this trip is considered low to medium impact. We average around 10-15 kilometres daily. By day 3, your body will adjust to the longer walks. You don't need to be an experienced hiker; just bring comfortable hiking boots and your love for nature. The scenery along the way is undeniably beautiful.
